This is the self-defense class every woman needs! This 8-hour women’s self-defense workshop will help you improve your psychological, verbal, and your physical self-defense skills. This is the comprehensive approach to safety training that will help keep you from being targeted as a victim, and prepare you to successfully escape if you are.
Warrior Women Self-Defense classes are taught by women and are based on an honest conversation about the realities of violence against women. The 8-hour workshop provides an intensive education in learning how predators operate, understanding how opportunities for violence are created, developing skills to escape before physical-self-defense is needed, and simple, effective physical self-defense techniques to help get you away safely if you are attacked.

The simulated attack allows workshop participants to practice overcoming a panic response, and the protective Redman Instructor Suit and safely use full speed and strength to get away.
Who Should Attend?
The Warrior Women Self-Defense Workshop curriculum is designed for all women and girls age 12 and up. This is a great mother-daughter activity!
Girls age 15-17 may participate with parental permission. Due to some of the mature content and the frank discussion about sexual violence, girls age 12 to 14 may participate, but only with a parent or legal guardian. Please see all of our class and workshop terms and conditions.
